Documents to bring to USCIS Naturalization interview

The following documents should be brought with you to your interview. Additional documents may be recommended by your attorney, or requested by the USCIS examiner.

  • Green card
  • Driver’s License
  • Passport (from existing Nationality)
  • Reentry permit or refugee travel documents
  • Any original court dispositions (if applicable)
  • Any original police records (if applicable)
  • Proof of spouse’s citizenship
  • Proof of child support payments (if applicable)
  • Tax forms or Tax Summary (IRS Form 1722)
  • Proof of Name Change (if applicable)
  • Proof of residence with spouse if you received a green card through card and are applying after being a lawful permanent resident for three years
